PROJECT'S GUIDELINES
a) To identify the magistrates and to characterize their careers using prosopography and Social Network Analysis - SNA);

b) To perform a fine-grain analysis, based on the segmentation of the period into short time spans, of the spatial evolution of the crown's judicial apparatus as it was being built (using GIS);

c) To establish the political hierarchy of towns and villages according to the importance attributed by the crown to the control of first instance justice (using SNA and GIS).
